We liked staff and rooms, every detail required. The room was cleaned everyday and available with confortable beds, great view and clean towels. Plenty of goodies for breakfast...

i loved unbeatable location and my contemporary room. the staff was accommodating and went the extra mile to provide an extra special stay. amazing beds, air conditioning and balcony were a nice touch. the pool was lovely and the garden - quiet.

The staff were very attentive, the room was brand-new and I enjoyed awesome location. Food was brilliant with plenty of options. I slept so comfy in the exceptionally comfortable bed. They made my stay great.

It was very nice time in West Bay. Extra comfortable rooms, comfy beds and spectacular location. Walking distance to the ideal beach. Fairly clean hotel and welcoming service;)))

We spent 10 nights and would like to stay longer. Good choice of extra supplies: climate control and a coffeemaker. We loved sea view from the hotel. Furthermore, there was free Wi Fi at the venue. It took 5 minutes to reach West Bay Beach on foot.

Nice comfy base for exploring West Bay. All cool, including drinks and staff. Btw, went to city center, located not very far from the hotel:)))

Cool place, it was clean. Fine furnishings. The beach was perfect. In general the service was exquisite too.

A kitchen available. Lots of restaurants to eat close by, like la palapa beach bar that was only 5 minutes' walk away.
